7. How will I get help with my problems and answers to my questions?

When you join as a Premium Member ($1 for your 30 day trial, and then $33 per month), you’ll have access to The Keyword Academy Forums, where you can get fast answers to any question you have about any part of our method. We participate actively in the forums, and so do many of our more experienced members. You never have to worry about getting stuck when the community is right there to get you back on track.
Each month we hold multiple live Q&A webinars where we don’t bring any prepared material; it’s just an open forum for the students to ask any question they want. We hold two Q&A sessions in the evening, and one in the early afternoon. With this schedule we’re able to get accommodate most of the time zones around the world. For students not able to attend the live Q&A we make the most recent three sessions available as downloadable recordings in two formats – windows movie files and mp3 audio files.
You’ll have the opportunity to have at least one personal coaching session with either Mark or Court. The session will last 30 minutes or so, and it’s completely up to you what we discuss. Most students want to talk about their keyword selection, their websites, and how they can get to their goals as quickly as possible. In order to get your 30 minute session with us all you have to do is sign up for your web hosting account through our affiliate link. Your hosting account will still only cost about ten bucks a month, but the hosting company will pay us a nice commission for sending them business. That commission lets us spend some personal time with you to make sure you’re on the right track.
